## Dependency entry — duplicate as needed

**Service and current supplier:** What must work? Which account, system, or person supplies it? Include the relevant ID and affected campaigns or business process.

**After the handover:** Who controls it then? What must change? Who performs that work, and when?

**Evidence and next check:** What was actually verified, by whom, and when? Link the result. What remains to be checked after the switch, and when should that evidence arrive?

**Decision:** Ready / waiting for a named action / intentionally retired with advertiser approval. Record the decision maker, approval, and accepted interruption, if any.

**If it fails:** Affected scope, contact, and agreed response or approval needed.

## Places to investigate

- Direct administrator access and manager ownership
- Conversion actions, campaign goals, tags and imported conversions
- Payment arrangement, paying manager, billing setup and account-budget coverage
- Shared audience targeting, observation and exclusions
- Cross-account portfolio bidding strategies
- Website, landing pages, domains, forms and hosting
- Tag Manager, analytics, product links and publishing permissions
- Scheduled uploads, scripts, rules, connectors and API jobs
- Merchant Center and product feeds
- Call tracking, phone numbers and routing
- Reports, alerts and recipients

Use only entries that apply. An inaccessible essential dependency stays unknown until resolved or knowingly accepted by the advertiser.

## Change sequence and acceptance

1. Preparation and any remaining essential blockers:
2. Agreed order of migrations, billing and link changes:
3. Advertiser permission to proceed and accepted interruptions:
4. Immediate checks, operator and result:
5. Delayed checks, expected arrival time, operator and result:
6. Retirement dates for old tags, authorizations and subscriptions:
7. Final acceptance: intended services operated by remaining people; first required work received; retired services approved:
